Refund policy

At Four on the Floor, we take pride in producing premium apparel made for drummers, by drummers.
If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your item, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

  • Returns must include your order number and a brief note stating the reason for return.

  • We can’t accept returns on customised, limited-drop, or sale items, unless they’re faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.
Simply send the original item back to us, and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive it.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but mistakes can happen.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@fouronthefloorapparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll sort it fast — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@fouronthefloorapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and our returns address.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using your preferred tracked service.
