Shipping policy

At Four on the Floor Apparel, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and sustainably.
Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from our partner garment printing company.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During peak periods, drops, or limited runs, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom via DPD and other reliable trusted courier partners.

Typical delivery times:

  • Our Standard Delivery (Fast and FREE) : 2–5 working days

Free UK shipping comes as standard when you buy from us.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide wherever possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 working days

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link (if applicable).
You can track the progress of your delivery directly through the courier’s website.


5. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If your order includes pre-order or limited-drop items, your full order will be shipped once all items are ready to dispatch.
Estimated release and delivery dates will be clearly shown on the product page.


6. Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we can’t be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@fouronthefloorapparel.com with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly.
